Pfaff Digital · AI Visibility Report

Terms of service

Effective [date]. Short, because the product is simple.

1. What this is

The AI Visibility Report (“the report”) is produced by Pfaff Digital (“we”, “us”). It measures how AI assistants and Google’s AI surfaces answer questions about a website you name, and how that site is set up for AI crawlers. By requesting a report you agree to these terms.

2. Free reports

A free report needs your name, an email and a company domain. It runs at our expense, so we limit free reports per person and per day and may pause them when our daily budget is reached. A free report shows real scores and a partial view of the findings; the rest is held back until it is unlocked. Free report links expire 90 days after the run.

3. Paid reports

Unlocking a report is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Paying unlocks the report you already have — nothing re-runs, so the scores you saw before paying are the scores you get. Paid report links do not expire. The report is for the internal use of the company that requested it; you may share it inside your organisation and with people you engage to act on it, but not resell or republish it.

4. What the report is, and is not

Every number in a report comes from responses we obtained from third-party AI engines and from checks we ran against the site at the time of the run. Those engines change their answers over time, so a report is a measurement of a moment, not a permanent fact. Where something could not be measured, the report says so rather than scoring it. The report is information to help you decide what to fix; it is not a guarantee of any outcome, ranking or revenue, and it is not legal, financial or professional advice.

5. Running reports on other people’s sites

Reports are built only from public sources — public web pages and the public answers of AI engines — so you may request a report for any public website, including a competitor’s. You may not use the service to harass anyone, to overwhelm a site, or in a way that breaks the law where you are.

6. Your data

We store the name, email and domain you give us, the report, and the raw engine responses and page checks behind it (so the report can be audited). Your name and email go into our own CRM so we can follow up about the report; we do not sell or rent them. If you want your details or a report removed, email us and we will do it. Report links are unguessable, but anyone you give a link to can open it.

7. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: if a paid report is wrong, we put it right or refund it.

8. Liability

We provide the report as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your request. These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States. Questions: hello@pfaffdigital.com.
