Refunds
You see your real scores before you pay, and paying unlocks the report instantly without re-running anything. So the promise isn’t “send it back” — it’s that a wrong report gets fixed or refunded.
We refund in full when the report is wrong
Email hello@pfaffdigital.com within 14 days of paying if, for example:
- the report measured the wrong company or brand;
- a section was scored as if it had been measured when it hadn’t;
- the unlocked report is missing sections, or the link doesn’t open.
We will first offer to fix it — usually a re-run at our cost. If we can’t, or you’d rather not wait, we refund the full amount. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. A refunded report returns to the free view.
What we don’t refund
A report whose findings you simply don’t like, or scores that have changed because AI engines changed their answers after the run. The report is a measurement of a moment; the scores you saw before paying are the ones you paid for.
Free reports
A free report costs nothing and asks for no card, so there is nothing to refund. If a free report looks wrong, tell us anyway — we’d rather fix the measurement.
